Photo studio rental: Studio 95 Photographix is just like you had your own photo studio! The studio space has real 12' tall ceilings, 40' in length of shooting space and a variety of wall surfaces and colors. Rental fees start at $30*p/h with 1/2 and day rates available, there is a monthly membership program for the serious photography professional. There is CT ST sales tax on all rates and fees.
Studio location: 4 minutes off I-95, and 9 minutes off the Merritt Parkway, from Rt. 8 it's 15 min. Our free parking lot can hold 30 cars and it's 30 seconds from car to studio. The Milford Train Station is 6 min. away; Long Island Sound is 5 min. away; you can be in downtown New Haven in 12 min. and shopping at the CT Post Mall in 4 min.
Amenities: gas heat in the winter and great central AC in the summer; a separate 2 station make-up room (12' x 15') with 2-36"x36" lighted mirrors and 5 power plugs per station, is located across from the studio; a pre-production office is available as is a guest waiting room with flat-panel TV, DVD player and WIFI access. Our sound-system will take your iPod device to play your favorite music or we can get your preferred internet music broadcast in the studio.
Unique Factor: props and outfits! We have a wide variety of both! From 4 steel loops 8' to 4' wide that hang from the ceiling to a set of corral doors to chain-link fence 20' long; want to do a mirror shot, we have 17' of mirrors!^Need a runway look? We can set-up the 40"W walk-way to any length you need.* For faster load-in & out, there is a garage door and separate entry door directly into the studio. Your creativity is the only limiting factor in Studio 95 Photographix. For your model clients we have outfits from ball-gowns to grunge, shoes from size 6 to 9, hats and jewelry.
Best of All: this is not a pretentious location. Out attitude is to help you get the very best possible photos or training while renting at Studio 95 Photographix. Gregory has 25+ years of photographic knowledge and when asked, is willing to share his knowledge. He has gone from using cameras that took 4"x5" sheet film to being an Adobe Photoshop CS5 & CS6 beta-tester. Whether you are a rookie with a camera question or an experienced pro with a mental-block, it's always reassuring to have someone in another room you can call on for help. Gregory's favorite motto, "there are no problems, only solutions!".
